GymStack Pitch Deck

Slide 1: GymStack — India’s Gym Operating System

White-labeled management platform + corporate wellness network

“Give every neighborhood gym the tech backbone of a Cult.fit”

GymStack is a white-labeled gym management platform that gives independent Indian gyms their own branded apps — admin dashboard, trainer tools, and member experience — while building the supply side for India’s first corporate wellness aggregator.

Slide 2: The Problem

96,000 gyms in India. 96% independent. 70-80% fully manual.

The typical Indian gym owner runs their entire business on paper registers, WhatsApp groups, and cash collection. There is no structured workout programming, no diet plans, no member app, no data analytics, and no retention system.

The consequences are brutal:

  • 40% first-year member dropout — the gym’s revenue bleeds month after month with no system to stop it
  • Zero digital infrastructure — no CRM, no automated billing, no progress tracking, no engagement tools
  • No competitive moat — when Cult.fit opens nearby with AI-powered workouts, personalized plans, and a polished app, the independent gym has nothing to fight back with

Meanwhile, Cult.fit offers AI-powered everything — but only for its own 700 centers. The other 95,000+ gyms get nothing.

And on the corporate side: 405 million Indian employees have ZERO corporate wellness benefits. 85% of India’s 477M workforce has no employer-sponsored fitness access whatsoever.

Slide 3: The Solution

Three-tier platform: Admin App (web) + Trainer App (mobile) + Member App (mobile)

GymStack gives every independent gym the same technology stack that Cult.fit built for $750M — at Rs 999-9,999/month.

White-labeled: Every gym gets their own branded app published on the App Store and Play Store — their name, their logo, their colors. To the member, it looks and feels like the gym built it themselves.

India-first by design:

  • UPI and Razorpay billing (not Stripe)
  • WhatsApp 2-way chatbot for reminders, renewals, and engagement
  • GST-compliant invoicing built in
  • Hindi UI support (not English-only like Mindbody or Zenoti)

Phase 2: Corporate wellness aggregation — aggregate the partner gym network and sell access to employers. India’s Wellhub. Every gym we onboard onto the SaaS becomes a node in the corporate wellness network.

Slide 4: Why Now

Five forces are converging to create this window:

  1. GST reduction: GST on gym memberships reduced from 18% to 5% (Sep 2025) — makes fitness significantly more affordable for consumers and improves gym unit economics.

  2. Gen Z demand: India’s largest demographic cohort is spending 20%+ of discretionary income on fitness and has digital-first expectations. They expect an app, not a paper register.

  3. No dominant SaaS leader: 20+ fragmented gym management players in India, none with more than 5% market share. The market is wide open for a category winner.

  4. Wellhub is NOT in India: Wellhub ($2.4B valuation, $319M revenue, 19,000 corporate clients) has proven the corporate wellness aggregation model globally — but has zero India presence. The position is open.

  5. Playlist+EGYM merger at $7.5B: The March 2026 merger of Mindbody/ClassPass parent Playlist with EGYM validates the full-stack fitness OS model — SaaS + aggregation + corporate wellness combined.

Slide 5: Market Opportunity

India fitness market: $1.9B (2024) growing to $4.5B (2030) at 15% CAGR (Deloitte & HFA)

Only 0.8% gym penetration (vs. 25% in the US) — massive headroom for growth.

Gym SaaS TAM

  • 46,500 formal gyms in India
  • Average ARPU: Rs 5,000/month
  • TAM: Rs 279 Cr/year ($33M)

Corporate Wellness TAM

  • $2.6B (2025) growing to $4.07B by 2034 (IMARC)
  • 405 million employees currently unserved (85% of workforce)
  • Wellhub proved $2.4B valuation is achievable with this model

Combined Platform Play

  • Rs 2,000+ Cr addressable market when you combine SaaS subscriptions, transaction fees, white-label premiums, and corporate wellness revenue
  • The gym SaaS is the wedge; corporate wellness is the business

Slide 6: Product

Admin App (Web Dashboard)

The gym owner’s command center:

  • Member management — profiles, membership tiers, freeze/transfer, family accounts
  • Billing & payments — UPI/Razorpay integration, auto-renewal, GST-compliant invoicing, payment reminders
  • QR check-in — members scan at entry, attendance tracked automatically
  • Trainer management — assign trainers to members, track sessions, manage schedules
  • Lead CRM — capture walk-ins and inquiries, follow-up pipeline, conversion tracking
  • Multi-branch dashboard — single view across all locations (for gym chains)
  • Analytics & MIS — revenue reports, retention metrics, attendance trends, trainer performance

Trainer App (Mobile)

The trainer’s daily toolkit:

  • Workout plan builder — 200+ exercise library with videos, drag-and-drop plan creation, progressive overload tracking
  • Diet plan builder — Indian cuisine templates (dal-rice-roti, not chicken-broccoli), macro calculations, vegetarian/non-veg/Jain options
  • Client progress tracking — body measurements, progress photos, strength records, compliance scores
  • Session management — daily schedule, check-in/check-out, session notes
  • Remote coaching — send plans and track compliance for members training at home or traveling

Member App (Mobile)

The member’s fitness companion:

  • Daily workout view — today’s exercises with video demos, sets/reps, rest timers
  • Diet plan — meal-by-meal plan with Indian food options, swap suggestions, water tracking
  • QR check-in with streaks — gamified attendance, streak rewards, consistency badges
  • Progress photos & graphs — side-by-side transformation photos, weight/measurement trends
  • Class booking — browse and book group classes, waitlist management
  • Payments — pay membership, buy add-ons, view invoices, auto-pay setup
  • Community & challenges — gym-wide leaderboards, step challenges, transformation contests

White-Label

  • Each gym gets their own branded app published on the App Store and Play Store
  • Custom logo, color scheme, splash screen, and app name
  • Members download “Pro Fitness” or “Iron Paradise” — not “GymStack”
  • The gym looks like a tech-forward brand; GymStack is invisible

The Vision

Build India’s Wellhub — the corporate wellness platform that aggregates 10,000+ gyms for 1,000+ corporate clients. Start with the SaaS wedge to build the gym network; monetize the network via corporate wellness. The SaaS is the means; corporate is the end.

The gym SaaS alone is a Rs 279 Cr market. Corporate wellness is a $4 billion market. We’re playing for the latter.
